Noahs Neon

This is what started it all folks! 

My first automobile!!  A 1996 Dodge Neon Sedan.  This car was nothing spectacular when I took delivery, just basic transportation from point-A to point-B.  This role is one which it was well suited for and performed flawlessly during its first 10k miles in Ohio.  Dependable and rather comfortable.  Then I moved to Texas. 

I had 6 months of time on my hands before starting classes and got bored. While surfing the net I found a business in Houston called Modern Performance.  They specialized in performance for Domestic Compacts, specifically towards the Neon!  I started off with the suspension...struts...springs, next thing I knew the "project" developed into a Custom Turbo Dodge Neon. 

The performance figures were remarkable considering that this was a fully-laden Automatic 4-Door NEON!  The car was capable of pacing Corvettes off the line at the Drag Strip (I have video to those ney-sayers), yet still entirely comfortable & reliable to drive from home to the track and back.  This is due to two remarkable business' - Modern Performance and Colvin Automotive. 

Driven from Texas to Northern IL for a week of fun, racing and stories.	Just before she was sold :(	One of the few Neons in the United States to have correctly wired and working Euro-Tail Lights
